Desde su fundación en 2000, el Centro Musical Santa Cecilia ha sido un pilar en la educación musical ecuatoriana, formando talentosos artistas como Carlos Mosquera y Byron Quezada, con el apoyo de destacados músicos de la región y la dirección del talentoso Rafael Auquilla Mejía.
